The Location:

The Showroom is located in the heart of downtown DC, just blocks away from the Washington Convention Center, the National Mall, numerous hotels and restaurants and the McPherson Square metro. With it’s great location, generous size, and unique amenities, it’s the perfect venue to host your next event!

The space features over 8,000 square feet with 18 foot ceilings, large windows and a private, street-level entrance that makes it easily accessible for vendors and guests.

In addition to the main floor, clients also have access to the green room or bridal suite, located on the second floor. This private space is the perfect getaway with chic furnishings and a great view of the venue from the balcony. From weddings to galas to film shoots, meetings and conferences, the possibilities are endless.

Capacity:

Open space can accommodate groups up to 800 guests at standing capacity or 280 guests for a seated dinner. Ask us about floor plan options and breakout spaces.

Pricing:

Rental rates include an onsite venue manager and building engineer, cleaning in the restrooms during the event and use of the private green room or bridal suite.
